The route #2 from Iyotetsu is a counter-clockwise loop starting and terminating at Matsuyama City Station. Compared to route #1, route #2 is easier as drivers do not need to rush in the heavy rail section.
Earning 9500 points would unlock route #6, from Hommachi 6-chōme to Dōgo Onsen (destination changed to Matsuyama City Station since 2018).
(I find a game bug at around 6:45. Cars and trucks in this game just would not give priority to trams at all.)
